This webcast covers key tax considerations and common pitfalls that advisors and their clients need to be aware of in making distributions from companies to transfer value to the shareholders.  The webcast is focused on key issues relevant to private companies.

This webcast will cover the tax implications of a variety of company distributions and provide a practical explanation of the key tax considerations using examples.
