Re-registering Incorporated Societies – Ensuring compliance by 6 April 2026 (webinar)
All Incorporated Societies registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 are required to reregister by 6 April 2026 or they will be deregistered and cease to exist.
This webinar sets out:
- the process to reregister
- the implications of reregistration, and
- the consequences of failing to reregister.
