GST Update – The Changes From 1 April 2023 (webinar)

Changes aimed at modernising GST rules for invoicing and record keeping are being introduced. Some changes came into effect on 30 March 2022. The majority come into effect on 1 April 2023. There are changes to the rules relating to invoicing and record keeping. The new rules are designed to support e-invoicing and electronic record keeping.

The reforms relate mainly to information about a taxable supply that is:

  • used as evidence for output tax returned
  • corrected, due to an inaccuracy in the original information
  • buyer-created taxable supply information
  • recorded under a shared invoicing arrangement (supplier groups), or
  • used as evidence for an input tax deduction.

Each of the above will be covered in the webinar.

Upon satisfactory completion of this webinar you will be able to:

  • Understand the changes
  • Save yourself and your client’s valuable time
  • Be prepared to make any changes required

Suited to…

This webinar would best suit accountants working with GST (especially those dealing with GST invoices and record keeping requirements) from those just starting through to senior staff in an accountancy practice or within a business.
