Severe Weather Tax Issues for Businesses 2023 (webinar)
This course will cover what weather related losses can be expensed (e.g. buildings and plant) and what cyclone based tax reliefs are or will be available for employers and in respect of windfall taxable income. It will be example driven.
The term severe weather refers to the three recent severe weather events in the North Island – the two cyclones and the Auckland anniversary heavy rain.

- Aware of the multitude of tax issues that the severe weather caused
